What it is

An iOS workout tracker that turns plain workout notes into structured training data. Lifters write a workout in their own shorthand, or photograph a page of handwritten notes, and the app parses it into exercises, sets, reps and weights, then charts the progress.

It exists for people who already log workouts somewhere plain, a notes app, a spreadsheet, a paper notebook, and who find tapping through a form between sets slower than typing a line.
